It is simple and easy to apply for services offered by Hope Enterprises.
Please contact the agency’s Intake Coordinator at 570-326-3745 ext. 1239 or send
email inquiries to: aohnmeiss@heionline.org.
A referral can also be made through various local organizations, such as:
- Mental Health/ Mental Retardation Program
- Office of Vocational Rehabilitation
- School District personnel
- BlaST Intermediate Unit #17
- Community Organizations
- Family member
- Self
All referrals must meet eligibility standards and licensing requirements.
