Neuropsychological Services

A Neuropsychologist looks at how a child’s brain is influencing their behavior. A thorough evaluation is done that looks at a child’s strengths and weaknesses in order to properly diagnose and treat psychological and behavioral problems. Strategies to balance a child’s strengths and weaknesses are developed based on the findings of the evaluation and the needs of that child. Neuropsychological services are under the direction of Dr. Richard Dowell and are available on the campus of our Children's Development Center in Williamsport.
