Programs and Services: Day Services
Hope Enterprises, Inc. provides a variety of programs for children and adults in Lycoming, Clinton and Northumberland Counties. Day programs have been provided since the agency’s inception in 1952.
Early Learning Program
The
Early Learning Program serves 50 children in
its facility based programs in Williamsport and Jersey Shore. An
additional 55 children from birth to three years are served in the home
based program. These programs help to insure that each child will reach
his maximum potential.
Adult Training Facility
The Adult Training Facility serves 100 individuals with mental
retardation daily in Williamsport. These individuals are provided with a
stimulating environment with various issues being addressed through
environmental or age related adaptations. Meaningful activities assure
that each person has the opportunity to grow and develop on a daily
basis.
Vocational Rehabilitation Program
The Vocational Rehabilitation Program serves 150 people in our
Williamsport facility. An additional eleven individuals are served in
our Clinton County facility located in Renovo, PA. Preparing individuals
with mental retardation for community employment is handled through a
variety of job readiness programs. These include volunteer service to
the community, pre-vocational training and on the job training
opportunities as a result of our contracts with community businesses.
