The primary duties of all positions is to perform in accordance with agency policies, procedures and regulations. Habilitation Staff
Habilitation Staff will assist and participate in the direct care services of mentally /physically handicapped individuals in a group home setting. Physical care, behavioral intervention and activities of daily living are a few of the responsibilities involved with this position. Staff will work under the supervision of the Manager/ Assistant Manager.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required. One year of experience in human services is preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and training is acceptable. Depending on position/site, a valid driver's license may be required.
Habilitation Staff In Home Services
Habilitation Staff – In Home Services work in a family or individual’s home to implement formal programs, skill training and support for the individual. Staff will be required to perform duties associated with program operation. This person works under the supervision of the Program Director.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma plus one year of experience in human services is preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and training is acceptable.
Habilitation Manager
The Habilitation Manager will supervise and coordinate all services related to the group home under the supervision of the Director of the assigned site. Responsibilities include formal programming, skills training and support for individuals, as well as supervision of staff and facility maintenance.

- Bachelors degree in human services or related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and training is acceptable. A valid driver’s license may be required.
Assistant Habilitation Manager
The Assistant Habilitation Manager will support the Habilitation Manager in the supervision and coordination of all services provided in the assigned group home. Skills involve personal care of individuals, behavioral intervention, activities of daily living as well as direction/supervision of staff in programming, training, and operational aspects of the home.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human services or related field is preferred OR an equivalent combination of experience and training is acceptable. A valid driver’s license may be required.
Bus Aide
The essential functions of this position consist of the ability to hear, write, read and comprehend what is read, communicate and understand what is being communicated. In fulfilling this job, one must have sufficient physical mobility to assist wheelchair bound individuals in and out of the bus. The above can be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Some experience working with disabled persons preferred.
Custodian
The Custodian is responsible for providing quality janitorial services at the assigned job sites. Performing cleaning duties as well as equipment maintenance are the primary job responsibilities of this position.
