All positions require an Act 33 and Criminal History Clearance. Please note that most positions require a valid driver’s license. The primary duties of all positions is to perform in accordance with agency policies, procedures and regulations. The positions listed below correspond with the current job openings, other positions are not listed.

Habilitation Staff
Habilitation Staff will assist and participate in the direct care services of mentally /physically handicapped individuals in a group home setting. Physical care, behavioral intervention and activities of daily living are a few of the responsibilities involved with this position. Staff will work under the supervision of the Manager/ Assistant Manager.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required. One year of experience in human services is preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and training is acceptable. Depending on position/site, a valid driver's license may be required.
Habilitation Staff - Community Supports Program
Habilitation Staff – CSP work in a family or individual’s home to implement formal programs, skill training and support for the individual. Staff will be required to perform duties associated with program operation. This person works under the supervision of the Program Specialist.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma plus one year of experience in human services is preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and training is acceptable.
Van Driver - Lift Van
The Lift Van Driver is responsible for the safe operation of the lift van and the safety of the individuals being transported. Transports disabled individuals to and from the AFT Monday-Friday; split shift of hours from 7AM-9AM and 2PM-4PM. H.S. Diploma or G.E.D., Valid PA Driver’s License with safe driving record (record will be checked) required. Prior lift van operation preferred along with some experience working with disabled persons a plus.
Custodian
The Custodian is responsible for providing quality janitorial services at the assigned job sites. Performing cleaning duties as well as equipment maintenance are the primary job responsibilities of this position.

No experience required but previous experience preferred.
Trainer
The Trainer will insure quality individual care and assist in the development, training and maintenance of individual skills in independent, leisure and behavioral objectives. Duties also include record maintenance, monitoring health and environmental issues as well as maintaining the safety of all individuals.
- Qualifications:

High School Diploma with experience in human services. Formal education in rehabilitation/ habilitation/ psychology or special education helpful.
Substitute Teacher Aide
The Substitute Preschool Aide will assist the Preschool staff in providing an effective program to the children enrolled in the Early Learning Classrooms. Duties include aiding in the implementation of daily activities, attending to housekeeping details so that the environment is pleasant for the children, participating in staff training sessions as requested and cooperating with the involvement of therapists and other personnel.

High school diploma and two years’ experience with a preschool population. Some course work in Early Childhood and knowledge of special needs is preferred.
Assistant to the Facilities Manager - Administration (Occupancy)
- Qualifications:
Responsibilities include performance of general maintenance duties and upkeep of all facilities owned and operated by Hope Enterprises, Inc. under the supervision of the Facilities Manager. Specific duties involve overall maintenance tasks involving interior, exterior and off-site locations. Other responsibilities include routine inspections of various locations/equipment and signage maintenance as well as the ability to respond to alarm calls on a 24 hour/7day a week basis.
Associates Degree or its equivalent in a related field, or a High School Diploma and 4 years’ experience in the maintenance field (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.). Must have a valid driver’s license. Computer experience (Microsoft, etc.) is required
