If you have never spent time with a person with a disability, you may
feel uncomfortable at first. Staff at Hope have learned that individuals
with mental and physical disabilities have the same wants, needs and
desires that we do. Many of our staff have spent years working in human
service positions. They still love their work!
Because individuals form a bond with staff and are affected when staff
leave, we try to have staffing stability as much as possible; thus, we
like to have all applicants review this Realistic Job Preview. Look at
it, yourself and your skills, to determine if a job with us will fit
