What are the requirements to be a Human Services Professional?
An applicant to Hope Enterprises must meet some basic requirements, as follows:
- Eighteen years of age, minimum
- General equivalency diploma, high school diploma or higher
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Clearances to validate check for criminal background and child abuse
- Flexibility to work varied hours (for some programs)
Once you are employed, there are extensive orientation and training
programs which you must complete, most of which occur during the first
few months of employment. Ongoing training is provided; staff are
expected to complete a minimum of twenty-four hours of training per
calendar year.
