AS WITH ALL INDEPENDENT TRAINING, STAFF MUST GET PRE-APPROVAL FROM THEIR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR PRIOR TO COMPLETING COURSES. ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE TO COMPENSATE STAFF FOR TIME WORKED IN ADVANCE.
