Quality Staff Begins With Training
Hope Enterprises Inc. offers a wide variety of training to meet
regulatory requirements. The goal is to continually strive to improve
the quality and caliber of our staff. The training offered assists staff
in acquiring the skills to produce the best standards of treatment and
care.
Training is offered to meet regulations, policies and current trends in the field of developmental disabilities. These are known as Human Service or Enrichment Topics and are provided in a variety of ways to include:
- Independent training materials available at the Training Resource Office located at 2401 Reach Road by appointment
- Monthly Training Calendars are available to each staff member through mail, posted at worksite and published on agency website
- Onsite In-service training at the BRC on Reach Road
- Out service Training opportunities
